Shipping policy

Orders will take 2-4 days to be processed, shipped and delivered.

All orders are shipped with Evri and are free of charge if the delivery address is within the United Kingdom.

All international parcels are shipped with Royal Mail and are charged at £15.00.

CUSTOMS:

We are not liable for local sales or customs tax. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order reaches your country, and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid for by you before you receive your shipment. Any customs charges or delays that might occur are out of our control.

DAMAGED, STOLEN OR LOST PARCELS:

Damaged: If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us (via our email) and Evri to make a complaint and to report it.

Stolen: We are unable to take any responsibility for any parcels that are unfortunately stolen. It is the receivers responsibility to safe keep any shipments.

Wrong Address: We cannot accept any responsibility of incorrect addresses. it is the customers responsibility to input the correct address at the checkout section before finalising any orders.

Order has not arrived: If it has been more than 10 business days and you have still not received your shipment, please get in touch via our email and we will get in touch with the courier to resolve the issue promptly and directly.

Delivery Delays: 

In the rare case of a delivery delay, we are unfortunately unable to take any liability for this. With the possibility of absurd weather conditions, strikes and other obstructions, sometimes there may be a delay in the shipping process. We can only apologise if this does occur and will do everything we can to keep an eye on the matter.
