Shipping Policy

All of our Inventory will have the option of 1-2 day or 3-4 day shipping. 

Our products are shipped out using either Evri or Royal Mail, and tracking numbers are available once the product has been shipped.

If you select 1-2 day shipping at checkout, our selected courier states that for the best chance of next day delivery, please order before 12 noon. This also requires time for us to pick and pack your order with love and care, so please bare this in mind when placing a next day order.

If we are away, your order may take longer to arrive. You will be aware of any staff absence as the announcement banner at the top of our web site will show this. Any orders will be shipped on the day of return. If you have any questions, please get in touch. We will be able to inform you of exact shipping dates for your order(s) if we are away.

Orders from Scotland or Ireland may also take longer due to our couriers transit times. All orders are packed and dispatched within hours of orders being placed.

We cannot accept responsibility for any products or packaging damaged in transit. Every product is thoroughly inspected before shipping and the upmost care is taken when preparing and packing orders. Orders are never shipped damaged, whether this be the product, or the packaging.
